We want to amplify your voice!
By filling out the following form before June 2nd, 2025, you will be sent a 5×7 DIY Small Board etched with the words “myFace is Beautiful.”
You’ll add your own creative touch to this message through painting, markers, collage, or anything that inspires you!
Once you’re done, all you have to do is mail your board back in the self-addressed envelope postmarked before or by June 16, 2025.
In honor of National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month, your artwork will be part of a larger celebration and art installation at the YAB Gallery in Chicago on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
