Get to Know the Faces Behind myFace

Priscilla Ma
Executive Director

As the Executive Director of myFace, I have the opportunity to work with a community of compassionate and dedicated staff, medical experts, technical professionals and volunteers, who all share the mission of providing the highest quality of treatment, services and care to transform the lives of patients with facial differences. The approach at myFace is truly one of teamwork and this is apparent in every aspect from medical consultations, to support groups for patients and families, to planning fundraising events and celebrations of milestones. It is such an honor to be able to contribute to such a worthy mission and cause.

Priscilla Ma

Dina Zuckerberg
Director of Family Programs

myFace’s mission reflects my passion and my passion reflects the mission. I feel I can bring my life experience of growing up with a facial deformity to the programs I help implement for our families and the people I help educate. I truly believe we can make a difference in their lives and I’m thrilled to be a part of the myFace family.

Dina Zuckerberg
Director of Family Programs

myFace’s mission reflects my passion and my passion reflects the mission. I feel I can bring my life experience of growing up with a facial deformity to the programs I help implement for our families and the people I help educate. I truly believe we can make a difference in their lives and I’m thrilled to be a part of the myFace family.

Eddie Plata
Office Manager

I have lived in some of the busiest U.S. cities, including Los Angeles and Miami, and currently, I reside on the East Coast permanently as myFace’s Office Manager. I am a current Senior at CUNY’s Baruch College, Certified in Global Philanthropy from New York University and a Licensed Emergency Medical Technician. I served as Operations Supervisor at Best Buy Co. for seven years before relocating to New York to pursue a degree in Medicine. I entered into the organization in 2013 when it was known as the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction. After a successful rebranding and orchestrating operations in the office, myFace is now one of the leading not-for-profits for Craniofacial Care offering not only medical, surgical and dental, but an array of psychosocial programs to the children and families served. The mission of myFace and the dedication of the medical professionals at NYU are always making differences, changing faces, and transforming lives, and I am honored to be a member of the myFace family.

Creative Director

Joining the myFace family has allowed me to pursue two passions of mine; graphic communications and helping others. I have spent over 10 years working in the graphic arts field and have been heavily involved with many community outreach projects. I am thrilled to be the Creative Director and excited to be utilizing my skills in graphic and web design for such an admirable cause. I have made the myFace mission my own and I am honored to be a part of a team that truly transforms lives.

Web & Marketing Manager

I have a master’s degree in integrated digital media and bachelors in communication management. I’m passionate about marketing strategies and media invention and love spotting trends in the industry. With my years of the web marketing and freelance design experience in e-commerce and the media industry, I am blessed to have an opportunity to not only leverage my skills in web marketing but most importantly help those with craniofacial conditions. For me this is more than just a job, seeing the happiness in our patients is what makes this worthwhile.

Joining the myFace team as Development and Events Manager is an honor, and I am excited to be a part of transforming the lives of our incredible patients and their families. I have a BA in Theatre Studies which enables me to approach my job in a creative way, and I look forward to continuing and contributing to the great work that myFace does.
