The Faces Behind myFace
Stephanie Paul
Executive Director
I am honored to serve as Executive Director of myFace to move our mission forward by serving those individuals and families impacted by Craniofacial differences. My priority is to work closely with the board of directors, volunteers, staff, and key stakeholders to capitalize on opportunities to raise additional awareness and minimize unnecessary stigma associated with craniofacial challenges. In addition, I look to strengthen myFace’s capacity to raise critical dollars that will allow us to continue to provide desperately needed, impactful programs and services. I bring to the team more than nineteen years of non-profit leadership experience with a range of competencies and proven success in solving challenging questions.

Dina Zuckerberg
Director of Family Programs
myFace’s mission reflects my passion and my passion reflects the mission. As Director of Family Programs, I bring my life experience of growing up with a craniofacial difference to the programs I help implement for the individuals and families we serve. Whether it’s through our emotional support groups, online educational series, family networking events or public awareness initiatives, my goal is to advocate for the craniofacial community and make sure their voices are heard. I want everyone with a facial difference to know myFace is here for them, and that they are not alone. I’m thrilled to call myFace my family.

Andrea Newman
Senior Director of Development
In navigating this complex world in which we live, one of the best lessons I’ve learned is to be kind to others. This important lesson has impacted not only my personal life but more importantly, my professional path. For the past two decades, I’ve had the good fortune to elevate the missions of non-profit social service and arts organizations, supporting the needs of individuals, families and communities to make our world a better place. I am delighted to join the team at myFace as the Senior Director of Development, collaborating with colleagues to advance strategies and support operations as we strive to reach new goals.

Sandy Gilbert
Senior Program Director
I bring 7 years of previous experience in Patient Advocacy to this role, in which I developed new programs and services to support patients and families living with a chronic medical condition. In my experience with Patient Advocacy, I have fostered connections between patients as they are a key source of support for one another, developed educational materials to keep patients up-to-date about information that may impact their health outcomes, and conducted surveys to identify unmet needs within the community. I also worked closely with healthcare providers to support their work, including building networks of healthcare providers and hosting meetings where providers had the opportunity to share expertise and concerns with their peers. I also worked with physicians to help develop guidelines for patient care management, and helped to develop webinars to provide evidence-based training to healthcare providers. I am delighted to begin working with patients and families living with facial differences and to help expand myFace’s programs and services for their benefit. I also look forward to partnering with craniofacial healthcare providers to support their work, and to reach more patients and families. Together, we can all transform the lives of children and adults with facial differences.
