The “This is myFace” Gala was a big success! Over 350 supporters attended and were awed and inspired by the program which included special performances by myFace Stars and a touching presentation of the Courage Award to Sally Fisher, the mother of the late William Fisher, donor who gave face transplant patient, Cameron Underwood, a new life. – Thank you especially to our Gala Co-Chairs, Ravi and Tara Desai, for pouring their hearts into the planning and execution of the event. And warm thanks to our corporate sponsors and silent auction donors who also contributed much to the Gala’s success. Your generosity allows us to continue offering medical treatment and support services for children and adults with craniofacial difference, advocate for the community and generate #awareness about acceptance.
On March 3rd we held the first myFace Talent Show featuring more than a dozen of our myFace Stars singing, dancing, or showcasing their art. It was tons of fun, and a little moving… already looking forward to the next one!
We would like to thank the Children’s Museum of the Arts for having us again! On December 8th, our myFace Stars & their families enjoyed an evening with lots of arts and crafts activities, face painting, balloon animals, raffle prizes & more! Families had the chance to get their pictures taken with Santa and his Elves were hard at work giving a gift to each child. Thank you to all who attended, donated and supported this celebration of the holidays with the myFace family!
On Sunday, September 16th, myFace successfully hosted our annual Races for Faces in Randall’s Island Park! Thank you to everyone who attended, virtually walked, volunteered, and donated to Races for Faces! We had an amazing day raising money and awareness for craniofacial conditions!
