In case you missed our post for #WorldPoetryDay, myFace Star, Jasmine Stewart, shares a poem she wrote called “Fresh Eyes” on loving the skin you’re in. a message we actively promote at myFace.

Jasmine was born with a cleft lip and palate and has had several surgeries throughout her childhood and adulthood. She found myFace just a couple of years ago at age 39, as she was searching, not only for the medical care to improve her smile, but for a community of shared experiences. Being able to confide in others who understand firsthand what it’s like to have a craniofacial condition, has helped her to “silence the negative and fall madly in love” with herself.
