Nathaniel was born with Treacher Collins syndrome 12 years ago and has so far undergone 56 surgeries.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Russel continuously demonstrates strength and perseverance through every challenge.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Russel embodies the characteristics of the perfect father \u2013 he is compassionate, loves unconditionally and is remarkably supportive to his family.
